GIF maker questions

Will ExactGIF ever return a file above my limit?

No. A successful download is verified at or below the byte ceiling you selected. If the active locks make that impossible, ExactGIF stops and tells you which choices are involved.

Can I choose an exact frame?

Yes. Drag or click the timeline, use Left and Right Arrow for one-frame steps, set either boundary from the preview frame, or enter a fixed minutes, seconds, and hundredths time.

Does it work on a phone?
